We're pleased to announce a new Graphics.com design contest. The Philter Phrenzy differs from the existing three in that each iteration is based on the use of a different free or commercial Adobe Photoshop-compatible filter plugin. Participants begin by downloading and installing the current plugin, and then experiment to see what it's capable of and how they can best employ it within either an original work of their own, or one they have permission to submit.At the end of each round the entries are judged by Graphics.com staff, with three that best make use of the capabilities of the plugin selected as winners. They'll receive three months of access to Photos.com, as well as copies of Plugin Galaxy, from The Plugin Site. So we encourage you to... work yourself into a Phrenzy.
