Don't miss the last 2007 meeting of the NY InDesign User Group.


Featured speakers include Caleb Clauset of Typefi ((www.typefi.com). Trainer and senior solutions consultant at Typefi Systems, Caleb will demonstrate Typefi AutoFit, a core component of the Typefi Publish 'scriptless' automated publishing system built on Adobe InDesign Server CS3. First announced at the InDesign Conference New York, Typefi AutoFit enables 'soft-bottom' text frames and dynamic relationships between InDesign objects, and is now available as a free plug-in for InDesign CS, CS2, and CS3.

Also on the agenda are the men from Noble Desktop ( (www.nobledesktop.com), Scott Carson and Dan Rodney. Scott will be showing how to use GREP to create multiple indexes (indices?) in InDesign CS3. Super-trainer and scripting whiz Dan Rodney (www.danrodney.com) will be showing two of his amazing and amazingly useful Javascripts for InDesign, Proper Fraction Pro and Make Book Jacket. If time allows, yours truly will demo the latest version of Smart Styles from Woodwing Software.
